Project Brief

The compound contains an energetic Village & Fitness Center that sets the design style of the place and encompasses many services for the residents. Walkways create a pleasant linear park atmosphere. Streets radiate out from the central area into the neighborhoods in a pattern that provides efficient vehicular access to residential units and minimizes the possibility of traffic congestion.

Residential Units are divided into 3 categories:  Apartments Buildings, Duplexes, and Villas

Plant patterns have been designed to create an “oasis” in the central area and a shaded and pleasant landscape around the residential units and streets. The overall landscape has botanical experiences within the open spaces along the pedestrian circulation.
