Our Recruitment Process

After a job is posted on our page on Linkedin, here is how our recruitment process flows:

  1. Initial screening of applicants’ CVs
  2. Phone-screen candidates
  3. Send qualified candidate CVs & Portfolio to hiring manager for review and approval
  4. Schedule and confirm Interviews for selected candidates
  5. Conduct Interviews by hiring manager
  6. Receive feedback from hiring manager
  7. Select candidate and send job offer
  8. Job offer acceptance by candidate
    – Onboard process
    – Gather candidate documents and information
    – Determine if local transfer or visa
    – Employee number, work email, and employment contract issuance
    – Inform hiring manager candidate’s joining date for station preparation
    – Schedule for induction program
  9. Employee arrival to office
  10. Employee signs his employment contract
  11. Employee is added to HR system & Payroll
