We work across a range of design and engineering disciplines and we have an administration body that includes: HR, personnel, and finance. Whether you start your journey with us as a fresh graduate or a seasoned professional, Omrania offers many opportunities to learn and grow.

What is the recruitment process?

Our Recruitment process follows these steps:

  1. Receive request from hiring manager
  2. Obtain Management approval for new vacancy
  3. Hiring manager fills “Position Requisition Form”
  4. Recruiter receives filled Position Requisition Form and starts the recruitment process by:
    1. Using International recruitment agencies.
    2. Headhunting via LinkedIn
    3. Job Posting visa LinkedIn
  5. CV initial screening by Recruiter
  6. Phone-screen candidates
  7. Send qualified candidate CVs & Portfolio to hiring manager for review and approval
  8. Schedule and confirm Interviews for selected candidates
  9. Conduct Interviews by hiring manager
  10. Receive feedback from hiring manager
  11. Select candidate and send job offer
  12. Job offer acceptance by candidate
  13. Onboard process
    1. Gather candidate documents and information
    2. Determine if local transfer or visa
    3. Employee number, work email, and employment contract issuance
    4. Inform hiring manager candidate’s joining date for station preparation
    5. Schedule for induction program
  14. Employee arrival to office
  15. Employee signs his employment contract
  16. Employee is added to HR system & Payroll

Yes, we do work with a few selected third-party recruiting agencies, because we understand and appreciate the amount of time and effort that goes into finding the right match.

After we begin the interview process, we may contact your former employers.

Does Omrania have an intern program?

We don’t have an intern program yet, but we do accept exceptional interns.  Some of them come back and join us after graduation.
