Omrania designed the Granada Business Park to provide a desirable work environment and seamless connections to shopping, leisure, residential, and hospitality facilities as well as convenient transit and road systems.

Granadia is a fast-growing community to the north of Riyadh’s historic center, easily accessible from both the city and the international airport. Omrania was commissioned by the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) to design two anchor developments of this emerging district: Granada Business Park, a contemporary mixed-use hub situated in a tranquil park landscape, and the Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences, a luxury hospitality destination.

Conceived as a 21st-century work environment, Granada Business Park offers ideal office space in an urban locale. The nearby Granada Mall, Granada Square, the Vivienda Hotel Villas, and the new pedestrian Skybridge and Metro Station help situate the business center as a contemporary urban work environment.

The park occupies a 133,157 m2 site, and incorporates: 6 high-rise office towers, 4 low to medium rise office buildings, a green park, a business centre, underground parking, and 8 low-rise residential buildings.

A 4-levels underground parking structure for 3,680 vehicles is provided in the central area of the site between the high and medium rise office buildings. The parking structure has unique sunken terraced gardens, which permit substantial amount of day light and natural ventilation to penetrate all floors of the underground parking.
