At the main hotel entrance lies the impressive four storey lobby; a soaring elliptical space with ribbed vaulting, elevated walkways, waterfall, palm trees, beautiful reception area, sophisticated lounges, and specialty shops.

The hotel’s 274 rooms and 37 luxury suites are characterized by their relaxing, warm, and contemporary décor. The interior design features an inviting and carefully coordinated colour palette rich in neutrals, modern furnishings and fixtures, and a carefully picked selection of artwork.

The hotel is connected to the West Podium gaining accesss to a two storey Wedding Hall / Conference Hall facility (14,400 m2). The facility offers three separate pre-function areas and a separate Bridal Suite with private gardens. The main hall and prefunction areas are designed so that by the strategic use of moveable partitions, the spaces can be sub-divided to cater for events of varying sizes. The hall is fitted with state of the art audio-visual facilities which can also be adapted to serve the needs of a variety of function spaces. There is also a Business Centre (7,050 m2) offers a selection of business suites of varying sizes for private hire. The hotel, together with its West Podium, covers a combined area of 48,000 m2.
