As a long-serving Chief Site Architect, Osama was involved in bringing to life some of Omrania’s top projects such as the Kingdom Center and the CMA tower. He has been a member of Omrania’s family for more than 20 years, and he sees the company as “an architectural firm with a great legacy, conviction and creativity”.
What are your 3 favorite projects you have worked on? And why?
NCCI Headquarters
This was the first site supervision project I worked on with Omrania.
Kingdom Center
The tallest tower in Riyadh during the 2000s, which became an icon of the city.
Capital Market Authority (CMA) Headquarters
The tallest tower in Riyadh, now, and hopefully it’s new icon.
What is your favorite part of the day at work?
Early morning and end of the working day
What do you like most about working with Omrania?
Working with experienced and professional colleagues, team oriented firm, appreciation for hard work
What is the most challenging part of the work?
Dealing with un-professional and inexperienced contractors
If you were to recommend Omrania to your best friend; what would you say?
I would say Omrania is an architectural firm with a great legacy, conviction and creativity. It is rare to find these qualities tied to only one firm.
