Sidrat Najd Medical Company Hospital is a new private healthcare facility located on a 27,900 m² site in North Riyadh. The 200-bed hospital focuses on providing maternity, paediatric, and general medical services, targeting the mid-income population in Riyadh’s eastern districts. The design comprises a Consulting Room/Clinic Complex, the Main Hospital building, and separate support accommodations, with the built area distributed over two basement levels, a podium, and two patient care towers rising above.

The hospital development addresses a growing demand for specialised healthcare services near large residential communities, including the emerging ROSHN Township. The facility offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care, equipped with modern diagnostic and laboratory services. The spatial organisation ensures dedicated areas for different patient categories and service levels. Thoughtful urban site planning provides efficient traffic access, landscaped green areas, and sustainable design measures such as electric vehicle parking and shaded cycle spaces. With proximity to key road networks and public transit, the hospital is positioned to serve a significant catchment area. The main building includes the hospital, clinics, VIP clinics and standard entrances, administrative zones, and staff accommodation, all integrated to support smooth clinical and operational workflows.
