The four-year Municipal Transformation Program (MTP) aims to create and maintain the growth of sustainable cities and communities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Led by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs (MoMRA) — the central governmental organization entrusted with the oversight and regulation of municipalities across the nation — MTP forms the essential urban foundation to enable the implementation of the National Transformation Program (NTP) toward the realization of Vision 2030.

As part of the MTP, the City Service Provider Rating Program works to determine a company’s specialization and its capabilities. Omrania was pleased to participate in the program as a qualified service provider. The company, founded in 1973, was evaluated in the engineering office sector.

Omrania was rated “first degree” in the sector, and received a technical evaluation score of 100. Based on the technical evaluation score, the company is officially considered one of the top 15% of facilities in the contracting market. Additionally, Omrania received a credit score of A+. Based on this assessment, the company is considered a financially strong facility and has the ability to comply with all the requirements of financial projects in a timely manner.

Omrania’s senior management team commended the simplicity of the rating process and the responsiveness of the classification agency team.
