At the Real Estate Development (RED) Summit Saudi Arabia, Omrania joined over 250 top project owners, designers, architects, and contractors who are shaping the future of tourism and development in KSA and the Middle East.
As a leading consultant in planning, architecture, engineering, interior design and landscape, Omrania was invited by global business facilitator GBB Venture to attend the 12th edition of the RED Summit as a VIP Participant. Our company was represented by a team of five executives and department heads: Charles Trad, CEO; Abdulsalam Haddad, Director of Corporate Strategy & Business Development; Oleg Cosneanu, Chief Interior Designer; Maher Shkoukani, Director of Design Projects; and Mahmoud Abughazal, Director of Design.
Hosted at the Voco Riyadh Hotel on November 2–3, the two-day conference included a mix of expert talks, B2B meetings, and non-formal networking sessions. Our team reconnected with clients and peers from across the globe while discussing key issues in Saudi Arabia’s skyrocketing real estate sector. From tourism and hospitality planning to sustainable architecture, world-class interior design, and mixed-use development, Omrania was pleased to speak with project owners and collaborators looking to capitalize on our company’s capabilities and experience.
Executives from leading real estate developers like PIF Hospitality, The Red Sea Development Company, Al Hokair Hospitality, Seera Group, Rotana Hotels, Accor Hotels, Dur Hospitality, Melia Hotels, Jabal Omar Development Co., Soudah Development Company, and Al Rajhi Investment were among the event’s distinguished speakers and attendees.
Olivier Harnisch, Senior Strategy Advisor, Ministry of Tourism of Saudi Arabia, opened the event with a brief commentary titled “Technology in Hospitality: What Are the Opportunities?” Subsequent keynote and panel events addressed topics including future development in KSA, localized and sustainable hospitality development, and the mix of old and new design. Additional conversations took place during the strategic B2B networking sessions and gala dinner. Our team looks forward to continuing these conversations as we look to the future of real estate and development in KSA and beyond.
