Omrania recently participated in the BIM Exchange Network, BEN Forum, organized by the PIF Center of Excellence

We are pleased to share that Omrania recently participated in the BIM Exchange Network, BEN Forum, organized by the @PIF Center of Excellence on 30 June 2026.

Representing Omrania, Antoine Abou Slaiby, our  Head of Digital Delivery, joined the forum as a speaker. His session, “From BIM Compliance to Information Value: Making Every Requirement Earn Its Place,” highlighted a key message: BIM requirements should not exist solely for compliance. Each requirement must serve a clear purpose, have defined ownership, and deliver measurable value to the project.

Amer Mohammad, BIM Manager at Omrania, participated in the panel discussion “From Vision to Design: Defining Information Requirements for Better Digital Delivery.” The session brought together planners and designers to explore how clearer and more structured information requirements can enhance digital delivery from early project stages.

Throughout the forum, Omrania’s contributions emphasized the importance of simplifying BIM terminology, defining stage-based requirements, and leveraging existing information to improve coordination, reduce inefficiencies, and support better-informed project decisions.

Antoine and Amer were joined at the forum by their colleague Dana Zeidan, BIM Manager at Omrania, who also attended and engaged in the event’s discussions.

We thank the PIF Center of Excellence for organizing this valuable platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration.
