Together with our clients, we are honored by the selection of the Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences as the winner of Best Luxury Serviced Apartments globally 2021, from the World Luxury Hotel Awards.

Designed by Omrania and Goettsch Partners, the Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences established a new standard of excellence in luxury hospitality and contemporary living in the Saudi capital city. The 5-star development includes two sculptural towers and a three-level podium building, accommodating residents and guests with an array of services and amenities.

The latest award from the World Luxury Hotel Awards recognizes the serviced residential apartments of the Hilton Riyadh. The 866 well-appointed guest rooms and furnished residential apartments enjoy access to four restaurants, a spa, a fitness center, an indoor swimming pool, a business center, kids’ club, and other amenities.
