The 114-room Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences is progressing nicely through construction, as seen in our latest footage.

Set on a long and narrow site in the verdant Diplomatic Quarter of Riyadh, the building has a modified linear floorplate to provide visual variety from both inside and outside. The remainder of the site is occupied by what will soon become garden terraces and an entrance court.
Stay tuned for future posts describing the cantilevering and terracing of floor slabs as well as the unique terra-cotta facade screening system.
