The building’s unique form – influenced by a triangular and challenging site – creates an elegant dialogue between its architectural expression and its surroundings.  Its adaptable and efficient floor plan concept allows the different tenants opportunities for a variety of spatial usage suited to their particular needs.  Its energy and water efficiency, mitigation of urban heat island effect, and use of locally sourced materials demonstrate the design’s commitment to sustainability.  Its multilayered facade system controls solar gain and glare and provides visual privacy for the building occupants and its neighbors.   Evocative of moving grass in the wind; a concertina pattern of vertical polychromatic external shading fins protect the transparent facades and brings a memorability and dynamism to the building that contrasts with the static image of traditional office places.

The interior finishes give a warm feeling and create an inviting space that is bright, fresh and reflective of the creative minds that walk through the door every morning. The partially frosted glass walls surround the management offices allowing light to penetrate the entire space while maintaining a sense of privacy.
