Project Brief

Four amazing new colleges for the University of Taibah in Al-Madinah Al-Munawara.  These Colleges are:

1- College of Engineering
Site Area 37,200m2
The estimated no. of students is 3000, with an approximate built up area of 45,000m2.

2- College of Dentistry: ( 2 colleges, male and female):
Site Area: Males 47,500m2 – Females 40,780m2
The estimated no. of students is 480 each, with an approximate built up area of 13,440m2 each.
This includes Dental Out-Patient Clinics, with an approximate built-up area of 6,000 m2.

3- College of Pharmacy: ( 2 colleges, male and female)
Site Area: Males 25,460m3 – Females 20,410m2,
The estimated no. of students is 500 each, with an approximate built up area of 11,000m2 each.

4- College of Applied Medical Sciences: ( 2 colleges, male and Female)
Site Area: Male 25,810m2 – Female 13,460m2
The estimated no. of students is 1000 each, with an approximate built up area of 20,000m2 each.
