With 8,200 m² of office space spread over 6 floors in the Kingdom Centre Tower; the new offices of the Saudi American Bank (SAMBA) are an amazing example of flexibility, modernity, and elegance in interior design.

The new space included flexible enclosed offices, open platform workstations, conference and training facilities, dedicated centralized customer areas on each floor, and services.  Special functional areas included a “Diamond” level customer service area, secure cash area and document vaults. New dedicated telecommunications MDF and UPS electrical rooms were provided on separate technical levels of the tower.

The design featured a high degree of “flexibility” to facilitate frequent reorganization within the various business groups to meet changing customer demand.
