We are very excited as the new CMA Headquarters has been shortlisted as a finalist in the World Architecture Festival (WAF) Awards 2016, in the category of Office – Future Projects.
The tower is the centerpiece of King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), and tallest building in Riyadh. With its energy-efficient design and intelligent infrastructure; it is expected to achieve LEED Gold certification. It’s design has been the result of a successful joint venture between Omrania and HOK.
